About the role

Sales Enablement Group seeks a Knowledge Content Manager Associate to lead the creation and upkeep of sales collateral across the Securities Services Sales organization. The role focuses on managing a global content database, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance for proposals, pitchbooks, brochures, and training materials. The incumbent will collaborate with sales, product, client service, and subject‑matter experts to develop case studies, product overviews, and competitor analyses. Key responsibilities include maintaining client‑facing documentation, building Tableau dashboards for actionable insights, managing vendor access and training, and overseeing the sales experience survey process. Candidates should bring at least four years of experience in financial services content or pre‑sales, strong project management, and proficiency in MS Office and Tableau. A bachelor’s degree in finance or business is preferred, along with knowledge of securities services and emerging technologies such as LLMs. This full‑time, on‑site position in Mumbai offers an opportunity to shape the sales enablement strategy for a leading global bank.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain and enhance client‑facing content (proposals, pitchbooks, brochures).
  • Develop external and internal content with sales and product teams.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to update database and conduct reviews.
  • Build Tableau dashboards for sales insights.
  • Manage vendor administration and user access.
  • Support sales experience survey process.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years in financial services content/database management, pre‑sales, business development or marketing.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of American and British English and AP style guide.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in finance or business (preferred).
  • Understanding of securities services industry and products.
  • Experience building Tableau dashboards.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as LLMs.
