About the role
Fluke seeks an Employee Knowledge & Content Strategy Manager to build and govern the HR knowledge function across its 10 operating companies. The role defines strategy, content standards, and governance to connect HR data across ServiceNow, SharePoint, and portals for employee self-service. This hybrid position is based in Bengaluru, India.
What you’ll do
- Design and maintain HR knowledge architecture across ServiceNow, SharePoint, and portals including taxonomy, metadata, and content standards
- Establish content governance covering intake, review, approval, publishing, version control, retirement, ownership, and review cycles
- Lead COE and OpCo governance forums to ensure HR content remains current, accurate, compliant, and aligned with local and regional policies
- Partner with HR Technology, Internal Communications, COEs, and OpCos to create a clear, persona-relevant employee information strategy
- Use analytics from ServiceNow, SharePoint, search, chatbots, and case trends to identify gaps, improve self-service adoption, and simplify the employee experience
- Lead content inventory, cleanup, harmonization, migration, and ongoing maintenance across existing HR repositories and legacy tools
- Partner with HR Technology and digital workplace teams to structure knowledge content for use in AI tools, search experiences, and employee-facing channels
- Enable HR content owners and SMEs through training, writing standards, templates, office hours, and practical guidance
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Information Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, knowledge management, employee experience, HR technology, or internal communications
- 3+ years leading knowledge management, content governance, or employee self-service initiatives in a complex organization
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience managing, implementing, or optimizing a ServiceNow knowledge base including taxonomy, workflows, and lifecycle management
- Experience governing HR content across SharePoint, portals, and ServiceNow for reuse in self-service, search, chatbot, and AI-enabled experiences
- Working knowledge of HR domains such as benefits, compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, policy, and manager support
- Technical fluency to partner with platform, portal, SharePoint, search, chatbot, AI, reporting, digital workplace, and HR technology teams
