About the role

Cencora, a global health solutions provider, seeks a Specialist III in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology to lead Icertis platform implementations across enterprise units. The role demands deep expertise in Icertis product configuration, functional design, and stakeholder management, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery. The specialist will mentor a team of consultants, drive process improvements, and maintain platform upgrades while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders. Rotational evening shifts (2 PM–11 PM IST) and occasional travel are required. Candidates should bring 6–8 years of application support or functional consulting experience, a proven track record of end‑to‑end CLM implementations, and strong communication and problem‑solving skills. An engineering degree is essential, with an MBA or advanced degree considered a plus. What you’ll do

• Lead Icertis product implementations and enhancements.
• Oversee requirements gathering, functional design, and escalation.
• Represent team in customer interactions, including remote and on‑site engagement.
• Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Manage Icertis Contract Intelligence implementations.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence.
• Develop knowledgebase articles and training documentation.
• Provide consultation on product features and configuration.
• Ensure successful delivery through project management best practices.
• Track and resolve issues, proactively engage in troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions.
• Validate solution design against scope and schedule.
• Lead system configuration and deployment activities.
• Implement changes aligned with best practices.
• Oversee platform upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Manage a team of consultants and foster continuous learning.

What you’ll bring

• 6–8 years experience in application support or functional consulting, preferably with Icertis.
• Track record of at least one complete or partial functional implementation.
• Excellent communication, client management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Engineering degree; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience implementing CLM/SCM applications.
• Exposure to Azure, cloud computing, and enterprise IT environments.
