About the role

Juniper Square Platform team builds AI‑enabled accounting software for private market investors. The Senior Technical Lead drives technical direction, architects AI and full‑stack systems, and writes production code while mentoring engineers. Works remotely from India, collaborating with product, design, and QA to deliver AI native features and robust backend services.

What you’ll bring

• 10 to 12 years software development experience
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
• Expertise in Python and object‑oriented programming
• Experience with React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Proficient with PostgreSQL or MySQL and SQL schema design
• Hands‑on with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Server
• Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
