About the role
Senior Technical Lead - Data & AI (Oil & Gas) at Codvo leads a multidisciplinary engineering team to design, build, and govern complex data pipelines, IaC, and CI/CD solutions on Azure, ensuring high technical standards and stakeholder alignment.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering team

- Integrate OT data with cloud platforms
- Enforce technical governance & quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders on risks & estimates
- Escalate and resolve complex technical issues

- 12+ years in technical roles
- 4+ years in technical leadership
- Expert in Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency in Databricks & Spark
- Strong DevOps & IaC skills
Nice to have
- Multi-cloud experience, especially GCP
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
- Databricks Certified Data Engineer
- Experience with SAP integration
- Familiarity with OSDU Data Platform
- Knowledge of graph or vector databases
