Technology Development team builds enterprise-grade .NET applications. The Senior Technical Lead drives architecture, mentors developers, and collaborates with solution architects and product owners to deliver solutions. Bangalore, hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and development of enterprise‑grade applications
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Mentor and coach developers through code reviews
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to translate requirements
• Drive technical discussions and resolve complex design challenges
• Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and EF Core
• Implement cloud and DevOps solutions on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes
• Optimize performance and tune SQL Server databases

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years .NET development
• Strong C# and ASP.NET Core experience
• Experience with .NET 6/7/8 and ASP.NET MVC
• Proficient in SQL Server and Entity Framework Core
• Hands‑on with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Performance tuning and database design
