About the role

The Analyst, Global Delivery role at TransUnion supports the Global Delivery team, which delivers products for client marketing campaigns, account risk management, and depersonalized analytical data requests. Day-to-day, you will transform data, configure scripts, fulfill and deliver files, perform quality checks, and partner with Client Engagement and Batch teams to meet SLAs. This is a hybrid position based in Chennai or Pune, requiring in-office presence at least two days per week.

What you’ll do

Create test plans, design, execute, deliver, and perform quality checks to ensure accurate results
Fulfill and deliver files to customers by utilizing requirements provided by Batch coordinators, configuring scripts, and auditing final results
Transform data and put together solutions (required credit data set) for internal and external customers
Support efforts by working with Off-Line Production Team Members and global Batch teams
Partner with Client Engagement teams and review client requirements from a technical perspective
Deliver transactional, batch, and self-serve solutions within service level agreements
Participate in modernization initiatives
Ensure good quality outputs and reports are produced and delivered to clients

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, or equivalent field with a track record of academic excellence
0-2 years of relevant experience
Strong SQL and Python skillset for data processing and cleansing
Working knowledge of Unix/Linux
Familiarity with ETL processing/tools
High level of familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Flexibility to work in Canada business hours/time zone as required
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment
