About the role
Global Delivery at TransUnion ensures timely delivery of batch and self‑serve data solutions supporting client marketing and risk management. The Analyst processes and validates data requests, produces high‑quality outputs, and collaborates with sales and customer teams to meet service level agreements. Based in Chennai with additional duties in Pune, this hybrid role requires a minimum of two days onsite per week.
What you’ll do
- Deliver batch order fulfillment and ensure service excellence
- Perform pre‑validations, data extraction, cleansing, and validation
- Review and process work requests using internal tools
- Identify and implement process efficiency improvements
- Adhere to documented processes and KPI metrics
What you’ll bring
- 0-2 years experience with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to work US shift timings
