About the role
PMO team at Quest Global supports delivery operations for semiconductor accounts. The analyst coordinates HRIS tagging, resource fulfillment, asset tracking and vendor management, maintaining dashboards and compliance. Bengaluru, India, on-site.
What you’ll do
- Ensure 100% HRIS tagging alignment with billing data
- Create and track Aspire IDs for internal and external resources
- Track open positions and coordinate interviews for key accounts
- Manage client asset submissions and vendor resource onboarding/offboarding
- Validate vendor invoices and track resource leaves
- Maintain program dashboards and prepare monthly/quarterly review materials
- Track CSAT scores and support continuous learning initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years experience in PMO or resource management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations or related field
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Excel, SharePoint, and dashboard tools
- Experience in semiconductor/technology industry preferred
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
