About the role

The Change & PMO Analyst supports Cushman & Wakefield’s Central Operations team by coordinating change initiatives across APAC and EMEA. The role involves developing and executing change plans, maintaining PMO artefacts, creating communications, and tracking metrics to ensure adoption and readiness. Analysts collaborate with stakeholders, produce governance reports, and continuously improve processes and toolkits. Strong analytical, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with experience in change management frameworks and reporting. What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute change management plans, including impact assessments and readiness activities
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and documentation
  • Draft communications, leadership updates, slide decks, FAQs, and training materials
  • Produce monthly/quarterly reporting packs and coordinate steering committee inputs
  • Support refinement and adoption of change and PMO toolkits and templates
  • Organise meetings, workshops, and working sessions; prepare agendas and minutes
  • Collect and analyse adoption, training, engagement, and readiness data
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements
  • Maintain structured repositories for change, PMO, and project materials
  • Provide day‑to‑day execution support to the Change & PMO Lead

What you’ll bring

  • 2-4 years experience in change management, PMO, transformation, or consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects in large or matrixed organisations
  • Exposure to Prosci, APMG or similar frameworks
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards or project documentation
  • Experience with recognized change or transformation firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte)
