What you’ll do
- Gather and document business requirements for key projects
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables across programs
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance analysis for leadership
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Support PMO governance through structured reporting and documentation
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3–6 years experience in business analysis, PMO, or project coordination
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Experience with reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
