What you’ll do
- Define and own AI‑enabled delivery strategy for BA workflows
- Architect intelligent workflows automating repeatable BA tasks
- Establish governance frameworks for AI outputs
- Enable BAs and PMs to leverage AI tools through guidelines and training
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex cross‑functional initiatives
- Navigate ambiguity, set program scope and success criteria
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
- Set standards for requirements analysis and create scalable BA processes
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years business analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics or statistics
- Fluent with AI tools and configuring AI agents
- Experience with ERP systems, tax and finance (AP/AR)
- Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end solutions in ambiguous environments
- Leadership of cross‑functional initiatives without direct authority
- Stakeholder influence and senior communication
- Data analytics skills (Tableau, SQL, QuickSight)
Nice to have
- Master's degree in finance or accounting
- PMP/SCRUM/Agile certification
- Advanced data analytics knowledge
