What you’ll do
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate individuals and groups
- Book air, road, rail, and accommodation using multiple GDS platforms
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Provide proactive travel advice and sell additional services within policy
- Collaborate with team to meet satisfaction, call adherence, and service metrics
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in business travel and fare/ticketing rules
- Native expertise in GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, Galileo)
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and integrity handling traveler information
