About the role

The Lead Travel Consultant advises on marine and offshore bookings, navigates GDS systems like Sabre, and ensures crew changes run smoothly. Working in Mumbai, the role requires 24/7 flexibility and a customer‑centric approach to meet service metrics.
What you’ll do
- Advise and arrange travel for seafarers
- Navigate marine/offshore booking requirements
- Use GDS to build complex itineraries
- Communicate proactively via phone, chat, email
- Meet customer satisfaction and service metrics
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years travel industry experience
- 5+ years marine/offshore booking
- Proficiency in Sabre or Amadeus
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Knowledge of energy sector travel
- Integrity with traveler data
