About the role

Global Instructional Design team at State Street creates learning solutions that empower employees across the organization. The Senior Associate designs, develops and maintains eLearning content using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite, applying adult learning principles and AI‑enabled tools. Works collaboratively with subject matter experts and stakeholders in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai, on‑site with a hybrid schedule as needed.

What you’ll do

Develop learning objectives, assessments and content using adult learning principles
Design and author eLearning modules with approved authoring tools
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate and refine content
Manage multiple projects, track progress and communicate risks
Ensure quality, branding and accessibility standards are met

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5 years of instructional design experience
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite
Strong research, analytical and visual design skills
Experience with LMS, SCORM standards
