About the role
Learning & Development team at AkzoNobel creates engaging eLearning, presentations and training programs to support the company's vision. The Instructional Designer develops and updates instructional materials, collaborates with faculty leads and eLearning developers, and ensures content aligns with stakeholder needs using ADDIE and Kirkpatrick methods. Pune, India, on-site role focusing on mandatory and optional training content creation.
What you’ll do
- Create eLearning modules, training presentations and quick reference guides
- Design instructional content using animation and design tools
- Collaborate with eLearning developers and stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery
- Update and maintain existing learning materials and LMS content
- Develop storyboards, scripts and technical documentation
What you’ll bring
- Graduate degree in learning design, instructional design or related field
- Experience with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick)
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Experience using SuccessFactors LMS
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to create visual, audio and interactive training content
