About the role
MarketStar Learning Operations designs and delivers high‑impact learning experiences across the organization. The Instructional Designer creates, curates, and optimizes learner‑centric content, analyzes learning data, and manages LMS campaigns while collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders. Bangalore or Hyderabad, on‑site work model, 1+ years experience required.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop instructional materials and learning content
- Analyze learning data to measure program effectiveness
- Create and deliver learning communications
- Optimize learning processes and workflows
- Maintain knowledge repositories and LMS content
- Provide technical support for Workday and Skillsoft LMS
What you’ll bring
- 1+ years experience
- Proficiency with Articulate 360
- Experience using Canva and Adobe
- Office 365 competency
- Conducting needs analysis
- Developing evaluation models
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Managing multiple projects
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design or related field
- Certification in Instructional Design (preferred)
