About the role

Security Operations team at Adani Group oversees protection of assets across renewable energy sites. The Cluster Security Head drives security strategy, mentors site security heads, and ensures compliance with protocols while managing budgets and vendor relationships. Based in Phalodi, Rajasthan, India, on-site role with regular site visits and stakeholder coordination.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute regional security strategy
• Conduct thrice‑weekly site visits and mock drills
• Mentor and train Cluster Security Heads and personnel
• Manage security budgets and vendor payments
• Ensure compliance with security SOPs and cyber guidelines
• Produce MIS reports on security performance

What you’ll bring

• Graduation/Postgraduate degree in any stream
• Additional security management certifications preferred

Nice to have

• 14+ years security management experience
• Vendor management and compliance oversight
