About the role

Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team at Meesho drives logistics innovation for India's billion e‑commerce users. As Cluster Head of Security & Investigation, you will lead regional security strategy, conduct audits, and partner with operations, legal, and trust & safety to prevent fraud and loss. Based in Jaipur, on-site role, overseeing multi‑state security operations and incident response.

What you’ll do

• Develop and lead regional security and investigations charter
• Coordinate with operations, legal, and trust & safety to design prevention strategies
• Partner with cluster and area teams to mitigate theft and fraud
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
• Conduct security analyses and set SOPs across nodes
• Audit security processes and ensure corrective actions
• Create liaison structures to address operational disruptions

What you’ll bring

• 8-12 years security, investigations, loss prevention experience
• Physical security operations in e‑commerce or logistics
• Team building and coaching experience
• Knowledge of police and legal processes
• Ability to travel on short notice
