Cluster Head, Security & Investigation

About the role

Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team at Meesho drives logistics innovation for India’s next billion e‑commerce users. As Cluster Head of Security & Investigation you will lead a regional security org, develop fraud‑prevention strategies, conduct audits, and coordinate with Operations, Legal, and Trust & Safety to protect the supply chain. Surat, India, on‑site role with occasional travel as needed.

What you’ll do

• Develop and lead regional security and investigations charter
• Design short‑ and long‑term fraud detection and prevention strategies
• Partner with operations teams to mitigate theft and high‑impact incidents
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits across sites
• Implement SOPs and corrective actions based on audit findings
• Coordinate with legal, trust & safety, and central control teams

What you’ll bring

• 8-12 years security investigations leadership
• Physical security operations in e‑commerce or logistics
• Team building and coaching experience
• Knowledge of legal and police procedures
