What you’ll do

Identify client protection needs using a needs‑based approach
Recommend suitable insurance solutions and simplify journeys
Support Premier Relationship Managers to grow client relationships
Conduct portfolio reviews and assess suitability
Coach teams to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness
Provide feedback to improve products and processes
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

What you’ll bring

IRDAI Certification required
3-5 years insurance selling experience
Experience in banking or wealth distribution preferred
