What you’ll do
- Identify client protection needs using needs‑based approach
- Recommend suitable insurance solutions and structure products
- Support Premier Relationship Managers in client engagements
- Conduct portfolio reviews and assess suitability
- Coach teams on product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Provide feedback to improve products and journeys
What you’ll bring
- IRDAI Certification
- 3-5 years insurance sales experience
- Experience in banking or wealth distribution
