What you’ll do
- Identify client protection needs using a needs‑based approach
- Recommend and structure suitable insurance solutions
- Support Premier Relationship Managers in client engagements
- Conduct portfolio reviews and risk assessments
- Coach teams to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Provide feedback to improve insurance products and journeys
What you’ll bring
- IRDAI Certification
- 3-5 years insurance sales experience
- Experience in banking or wealth distribution
