About the role

What you’ll do
- Validate supporting documents and process sales/purchase orders
- Ensure required approvals (GTC/ECCN/DPC/Credit Check)
- Clear order requests queue within SLA
- Submit PO requests upon purchase requisition generation
- Release completed POs to vendors within SLA
- Follow up with vendors on order status and ETA
- Communicate vendor delivery requirements to logistics
What you’ll bring
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Supply Chain

- Strong data entry skills
- Basic mathematical calculations
- Effective communication in English
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer system proficiency
