Senior Sales Enablement Manager, APAC

About the role

Sales Enablement & Ops at MoEngage drives APAC sales readiness and productivity. The Senior Sales Enablement Manager designs and runs onboarding for SDRs, AEs and SCs, builds certification programs, and creates ongoing skill development cadences. Works closely with sales leaders to ship AI‑powered productivity tools integrated into Salesforce and Slack, measuring ramp velocity and quota impact. Bengaluru office, 3 days onsite per week, hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Design and run structured onboarding for new SDRs, AEs and SCs, including product, methodology, process and tooling
• Build certification checkpoints, ramp‑time benchmarks and track time‑to‑first‑deal
• Partner with hiring managers to identify onboarding gaps by role and region
• Own ongoing skill development through certifications, refresher trainings, win/loss debriefs and call coaching
• Run regular enablement cadences such as office hours, role‑plays and update briefings
• Build and maintain performance metrics tracking rep proficiency and quota correlation
• Identify workflow gaps and ship AI‑powered tools integrated into Salesforce, Slack and CRM
• Drive adoption of new tools and AI agents across the APAC sales org

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement or GTM roles at a multi‑product B2B SaaS company
• Fast learner able to master any product or domain quickly
• Skilled at enabling teams via live training, async docs, video, in‑app tools
• Strong individual contributor who can fully own the APAC region
• Proven experience building onboarding/certification programs at scale
• Hands‑on experience with enablement tooling such as call intelligence, content platforms, CRM, Slack
• Comfort working with AI tools to improve enablement workflows
• Strong stakeholder management across the Sales organization
