BMC Helix Developer

About the role

Eurofins IT Solution seeks a BMC Helix Developer in Bengaluru to design, integrate, and maintain BMC Helix solutions for clients. The role involves customizing modules, managing CMDB health, and providing technical support for IT service management tools. This full-time position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and implement BMC Helix applications tailored to business requirements
• Integrate BMC Helix with enterprise systems like Intune, SCCM, and XSOAR
• Ensure CMDB synchronization with data discovered by BMC Discovery
• Customize BMC Helix modules, workflows, and user interfaces
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMC Helix applications
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and user guides
• Configure Foundation data and set up ITSM modules including Incident and Problem Management
• Create reports, dashboards, and distribute them to stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years total experience
• 3-5 years BMC experience
• Strong background in ITIL
• Deep understanding of BMC Helix ITSM
• Experience with DWPC and DWPA
• Proficiency in BMC Helix Innovation Studio
