About the role

Helix Development Team at Müller’s Solutions builds and customizes BMC Helix platforms to enable enterprise IT service automation. The Helix Developer designs, develops and maintains applications on the Helix platform, collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, writes clean code, troubleshoots issues and participates in code reviews. Cairo, Egypt and other regional offices, hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop and maintain applications on the Helix platform
• Implement and customize Helix features per business requirements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications for performance
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback
• Stay updated with Helix developments and industry trends

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a Helix Developer
• Understanding of Helix architecture and features
• Proficiency in C#, Java, JavaScript
• Experience with HTML, CSS and web technologies
• Knowledge of SQL Server or MySQL and complex queries
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
