What you’ll do

• Support loan servicing functional area and processes
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
• Review, research, analyze, calculate and submit moderately complex mortgage claims
• Perform administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasks
• Respond to written and phone inquiries from customers, title companies, vendors and internal personnel
• Escalate non‑routine questions to experienced individuals
• Provide guidance to less experienced peers

What you’ll bring

1+ year of loan servicing support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
