About the role

Lead Verification Engineer at Cadence Design Systems drives AI-driven pre-silicon verification. Candidates bring 3‑6 years of ASIC verification experience, strong Verilog, SystemVerilog, and Python skills, and familiarity with Jasper, Xcelium, and IMC. What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related.
• 3-6 years pre-silicon ASIC verification (Formal, SV/UVM, OVM).
• Advanced debugging of verification failures with waveform viewers and simulation tools.
• Hands‑on with EDA tools (Jasper, Xcelium, IMC).
• Strong Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python programming.
• Excellent communication, team‑oriented.
• Self‑motivated, proactive problem solving, continuous learning.
• Exposure to LLMs, ML tech like RAG, RFT, RL, Agentic frameworks (plus).
