About the role

What you’ll do
- Define and lead technical architecture for ServiceNow data platform and data lake
- Govern CMDB taxonomy and health remediation
- Authorize and manage production data exports
- Drive secure, sustainable data movement techniques
- Partner with platform, discovery, compliance and business teams to align roadmaps
- Translate business needs into data solutions and architectural strategies
- Design compliant cloud data representations in CMDB
- Identify automation opportunities and improve ServiceNow workflows
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years data architecture or platform engineering
- 5+ years ServiceNow data architecture
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications (Data Foundations, ITSM, HAM)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
