About the role

ServiceNow Delivery Pod at Codvo builds a scalable ServiceNow platform for a 24/7 telecom NOC, enabling closed-loop ticketing and real-time KPI integration. The architect leads end‑to‑end ServiceNow design, migration from legacy ITSM, and integration of event management, CMDB/CSDM, and contact‑center systems. Works hybrid from Pune, collaborating with operations, data, and integration leads to deliver secure, high‑availability solutions.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end ServiceNow architecture for ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
• Design and execute migration from legacy ITSM, including data model mapping and cutover plan
• Develop closed‑loop ticketing flows integrating network KPI data and event management
• Architect integrations via IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, MID Server to lakehouse and contact‑center platforms
• Define CMDB/CSDM design ensuring data quality for routing and AI use
• Review technical designs, ensure non‑functional requirements and security compliance
• Serve as technical liaison with customer data and integration leads

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years enterprise software experience
• 6+ years ServiceNow architecture

Nice to have

• CSA Certified System Administrator
• CAD Certified Application Developer
• CIS ITOM Event Management (preferred)
• CIS Discovery (preferred)
• CTA Certified Technical Architect (or on track)
