About the role
ServiceNow Platform Team at Hitachi Vantara builds and maintains enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM and custom applications. The Architect designs, develops and implements scalable ServiceNow architectures, leads module development, creates integrations via REST/SOAP, and mentors junior developers while ensuring governance and security. Hyderabad, Telangana, India, Hybrid work model.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards
- Lead development across ITSM, HRSD, CSM and custom applications
- Create and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Develop scripts, business rules, client scripts and Flow Designer automations
- Ensure platform security, governance and best practices
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform standards
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years ServiceNow experience
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API scripting
- Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM modules
- Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
- Stakeholder management skills
