About the role
EY seeks a ServiceNow Architect in Gurgaon to lead end-to-end implementations and drive process re-engineering. The role involves designing custom modules, managing integrations, and mentoring technical teams while advising senior leaders on ITIL-aligned optimizations. This position is based in Gurgaon, HR, IN.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and solution design sessions
- Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM
- Develop advanced workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and integrations
- Lead workshops to capture processes and recommend automation improvements
- Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and consultants
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards and platform health
- Advise senior business leaders on process optimization and change management
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers for seamless delivery
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years in IT industry with minimum 10 years on ServiceNow platform
- Experience covering ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and advanced integrations
- Ability to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules including Agentic AI
- Proficiency in developing advanced workflows, UI policies, and Business Rules
- Expertise implementing REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems like SAP
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile methodologies

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
