ServiceNow ServiceNow Architect ITOM Manager

About the role

EY GDS ServiceNow team drives IT Operations Management transformation for global clients. As a Technical Architect you will lead design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Cloud Management, and architect AIOps and observability capabilities. Noida, India, on-site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead architecture, design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions
• Define and implement scalable CMDB architecture, governance frameworks and data models
• Drive end‑to‑end ITOM strategy aligning ServiceNow capabilities with enterprise operations
• Architect event correlation, observability and AIOps solutions using ServiceNow Event Management
• Design and implement Service Mapping solutions for business services and applications
• Lead Discovery implementation including MID Server setup and credential management
• Drive integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and third‑party monitoring tools
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and conduct design and code reviews

What you’ll bring

• 8-12 years of IT experience with ServiceNow ITOM
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• ServiceNow CSA certification
• ServiceNow CIS – Discovery/Service Mapping certification
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Cloud Management
• Experience with AIOps and integration tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
