About the role

EY seeks a ServiceNow TNI Architect to design and implement telecom network inventory solutions across multiple Indian locations. The role involves defining architecture, integrating with OSS/BSS systems, and ensuring CMDB data quality while mentoring teams. This position requires deep expertise in ServiceNow modules and telecom operations.

What you’ll do

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for telecom/network inventory
• Design scalable solutions using CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Lead implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and telecom modules
• Model telecom/network services including circuits and devices
• Architect integrations with NMS, EMS, and OSS/BSS systems
• Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and reconciliation
• Mentor teams and drive best practices
• Optimize platform performance and scalability

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and telecom modules
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
• Experience with ServiceNow TNI, Service Mapping, and Discovery
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and telecom lifecycle
• Integration expertise using REST, SOAP, and MID Server

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CSA certification required
• Minimum 2 CIS certifications required
• Telecom certifications (CTA preferred) are good to have
• JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer proficiency
• Data modeling and CSDM knowledge
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Leadership and mentoring ability
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
