About the role

EY seeks a ServiceNow TNI Architect to design and implement telecom network infrastructure solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves defining architecture for Telecom Network Inventory, leading ITSM/ITOM implementations, and ensuring CMDB data quality across multiple Indian locations. This is an on-site position requiring deep expertise in telecom modules and integration.

What you’ll do

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for telecom/network inventory (TNI)
• Design scalable solutions using CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Lead implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and telecom modules
• Model telecom/network services including L1/L2/L3 circuits and devices
• Architect integrations with NMS, EMS, and OSS/BSS systems
• Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and reconciliation
• Mentor teams and drive best practices
• Optimize platform performance and scalability

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and telecom modules
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
• Experience with ServiceNow TNI, Service Mapping, and Discovery
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and telecom lifecycle
• Integration expertise using REST, SOAP, and MID Server
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
• Data modeling and CSDM knowledge
• ServiceNow CSA certification and minimum 2 CIS certifications
