What you’ll do
- Support execution of recruiting plans to meet hiring targets
- Manage candidate administration, scheduling, and job postings
- Build and maintain active talent pools for future hiring
- Coordinate agency relationships and recruitment events
- Liaise with candidates on interview logistics and background checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruiting plan effectiveness
- Provide recruiting guidance to personnel at all levels
