About the role
Accenture Talent Acquisition team drives end‑to‑end recruitment to build a strong workforce. The Recruiting Associate supports recruiters by scheduling interviews across time zones, maintaining ATS data, coordinating background checks and onboarding paperwork, and generating recruitment reports. Bengaluru, on‑site, Full‑time role with potential rotational shifts.
What you’ll do
- Support recruiters in interview scheduling
- Update ATS with candidate data
- Facilitate background checks and onboarding
- Communicate interview logistics and feedback to candidates
- Assist with job postings on boards and social media
- Liaise with hiring managers for timely feedback
What you’ll bring
- 1-3 years recruitment experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Nice to have
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones
- Maintain and update candidate information in ATS
- Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and onboarding documentation
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and internal hiring policies
- Prepare offer letters and employment documents
- Generate recruitment reports and dashboards
