About the role

Recruiting team at Amazon India drives high‑volume hiring for Operations. The Associate Recruiter partners with business leaders to strategize short‑ and long‑term hiring needs, builds candidate pipelines, and ensures a great candidate experience. Works onsite in Bengaluru, collaborating with agencies and hiring managers to execute recruiting plans and coordinate interviews.

What you’ll do

• Support execution of recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements
• Manage candidate administration, scheduling, and job postings
• Build and maintain active candidate pools for future hiring
• Manage agency relationships and coordinate events, assessments, and interviews
• Liaise with candidates on logistics and background checks
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruiting plan effectiveness

What you’ll bring

Graduate Degree with 1-2 years experience in candidate sourcing for Non‑Tech/Tech roles

Nice to have

Candidate sourcing or recruiting experience
