About the role

What you’ll do
- Offer and cross‑sell retail banking and third‑party products
- Achieve monthly business budgets and generate new customer leads
- Process customer transactions and service requests within TAT
- Promote digital banking channels to customers
- Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Enter customer interactions into CRM system
What you’ll bring
2-4 years experience in banking or financial services
Nice to have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of KYC, AML and banking regulations
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail in cash handling
- Ability to build customer relationships
