About the role

Global HR Operations team at MUFG delivers end‑to‑end HR services across the employee lifecycle. The analyst manages leave of absence cases, supports severance and involuntary exits, maintains HR data integrity, and drives process improvements while ensuring compliance. Bengaluru, India, 3 days onsite, with global shift coverage.

What you’ll do

• Administer employee leave of absence cases end‑to‑end
• Support severance processing and documentation
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Build relationships with employees, managers and COEs

What you’ll bring

• 3-7 years HR operations experience
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or French advantageous
• Client‑facing HR service delivery
• Experience with HRIS and payroll data
