About the role

Corporate Centre Technology Services & Information Security team at MUFG Pension & Market Services manages global IAM operations. What you’ll do

  • Own IAM operational issues to resolution across global regions
  • Maintain and enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including workflows and connectors
  • Support Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver automation and audit readiness
  • Troubleshoot provisioning failures in SailPoint, Okta, Entra
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, documentation and change control processes
  • Provide technical guidance to IAM team members

What you’ll bring

  • 8-10 years overall experience
  • 3-5 years hands‑on SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Experience with Okta and Microsoft Entra integrations
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management
  • Experience in regulated financial services environment
  • Proficiency with APIs, REST/JSON/XML
