About the role
Technology team at TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD builds and maintains ServiceNow SPM solutions for enterprise project and portfolio management. The role designs, develops, and implements Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Management modules, creating custom workflows, business rules, and integrations with ERP, Jira, and Azure DevOps. Bengaluru office, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop ServiceNow SPM modules
- Configure demand, project, portfolio, resource, and financial management components
- Create and maintain custom workflows, business rules, and client scripts
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via APIs
- Support Agile Development and Hybrid Project Management integrations
What you’ll bring
- 4-15 years experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies)
- Experience with Flow Designer and REST/SOAP integrations
- Knowledge of Agile and Hybrid project management concepts
