About the role

What you’ll do
- Configure and implement ServiceNow SPM modules
- Develop and customize workflows, forms and automations
- Build reports, dashboards and portfolio insights
- Integrate SPM with enterprise applications and ServiceNow modules
- Support enhancements, upgrades and stakeholder requirements
- Participate in solution design, testing and deployment activities
What you’ll bring
- 4-10 years experience in ServiceNow SPM
- Strong experience with Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management and Resource Management
- Agile Development / SAFe methodology
- Investment Funding & Cost Planning and Strategic Planning
- ServiceNow platform development: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Script Includes, ACLs, Integrations
- Understanding of ITSM and CMDB
- Reporting, Dashboards and Performance Analytics
