What you’ll do
- Gather requirements and create high-level and low-level designs
- Develop ServiceNow applications including portals, integrations, and custom solutions
- Build workflows, Flow Designer processes, UI components, and virtual agents
- Implement integrations using SOAP, REST, and Integration Hub spokes
- Configure access controls, business rules, and Glide API scripts
- Automate workflows with scheduled scripts, events, and notifications
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and rollout of applications
- Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs
What you’ll bring
- 4-14 years of ServiceNow development experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, workflow automation, and scripting
- Experience with Integration Hub, SOAP, REST, and SAP ECC/S4 Hana integrations
- Proficiency in Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, and Service Catalog
