About the role

Procurement Systems Team at Cummins supports the end‑to‑end procurement application landscape. The specialist provides application support, system analysis, and testing for Ivalua and Oracle Sourcing Cloud, handling user access, issue resolution, and enhancements. Works remotely within India with on‑site flexibility, collaborating with business users, IT, and the Software Center of Excellence.

What you’ll do

• Provide application support and enhancements for procurement systems
• Act as liaison between business users, IT, and support teams
• Identify customer needs and troubleshoot issues
• Develop and manage system testing processes
• Maintain user access and approver roles
• Create training materials and conduct user training
• Evaluate new features and coordinate deployments
• Document processes and support change management

• Direct procurement Source‑to‑Contract experience
• Business analysis and problem resolution
