Support & CPI Specialist, Procurement Systems

About the role

Procurement Systems team at YASH Technologies builds and maintains the Coupa procurement ecosystem. The role supports daily operations, troubleshoots workflow issues, leads continuous process improvement projects, and designs AI agents to automate tasks. Based in Bangalore with an on-site work model, the specialist collaborates cross‑functionally with procurement, finance, and IT teams.

What you’ll do

• Own functional support for Coupa/Guided Buying and manage escalations
• Troubleshoot workflow failures, catalog issues, and approval logic gaps
• Lead process improvement projects to reduce cycle time and waste
• Design, test, and deploy AI agents for procurement automation
• Analyze spend data and supplier performance to recommend improvements
• Create SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials for users

What you’ll bring

• 7-8 years procurement operations or systems experience
• Strong expertise in Coupa or similar procurement platforms
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex workflow issues
• Experience delivering CPI initiatives with measurable impact
• Hands‑on experience building AI agents or automation tools
• Excellent communication and user‑centric mindset
