About the role
Procurement Systems Team at Cadence designs and maintains the Coupa S2P platform for India, APAC and Australia. The Lead Procurement Specialist administers Coupa, plans upgrades, resolves incidents, and creates training and documentation to ensure system reliability. Based in Noida, India, hybrid work model with on‑site presence as needed.
What you’ll do
- Administer and support Coupa S2P platform
- Lead planning, testing and deployment of system upgrades
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system incidents
- Configure system settings, workflows and catalogs
- Develop training, documentation and user guidance
- Coordinate system projects and provide status updates
- Create test plans and support SIT/UAT activities
- Identify opportunities for performance and automation improvements
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Coupa certified or system admin experience
- Knowledge of cloud‑based procurement systems
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes
- Strong communication with stakeholders
- Self‑motivated team player
- Ability to work independently in hybrid environment
