About the role
Global Procurement team at Capco drives strategic sourcing and supplier governance across finance, technology and risk domains. The Procurement Specialist leads implementation of scalable procurement practices, policy development, ESG integration and digital procurement systems while partnering with finance, IT, legal and regional leaders. Bengaluru, hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives
- Design and implement procurement policies and governance frameworks
- Lead supplier performance management and ESG integration
- Optimize procurement systems and purchase‑to‑pay processes
- Provide spend analytics and category management insights
- Manage contract lifecycle and supplier onboarding
- Collaborate with finance, IT, legal and regional leaders
- Deliver training and capability building across the organization
What you’ll bring
- 7-10 years procurement experience
- experience driving procurement transformation
- strong understanding of end-to-end procurement lifecycle
- experience with ERP and contract management platforms
- ability to influence senior stakeholders
- analytical and data‑driven decision making
- knowledge of ESG and sustainability practices
- MCIPS accreditation or working towards it
