About the role

The partner company seeks a Senior Site Contracts Lead in India to drive the clinical trial contracting lifecycle. This role ensures efficient negotiation, execution, and management of agreements while supporting global stakeholders. The position combines contract strategy with project leadership in a fully remote environment.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end site contracting process for clinical trials
Monitor key metrics including cycle times and compliance
Develop contracting templates and fallback language
Advise on investigator grant budgets and parameters
Provide guidance on contracting strategies and risk mitigation
Establish best practices and improve operational efficiency
Maintain clear communication with sponsors and internal teams
Support resource planning and budget forecasting

What you’ll bring

5+ years experience in site contracting or CRO industry
Bachelor’s degree in law, economics, business, or related field
Strong understanding of clinical trial agreements and legal frameworks
Proven experience negotiating complex research contracts

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Strong project management capabilities for multiple priorities
